2015 ND Downtown Conference Presenter Anthony Nemcek is on the board of Red Wing Downtown Main Street 
(Minnesota). Nemcek is the current active transportation coordinator for the City of Red Wing. He received his M.A. in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2013. Anthony has served on the board of Red Wing Downtown Main Street since 2011. Born and raised in Red Wing, he returned to his hometown in 2008 after living in St. Paul for several years while his completed his undergraduate degree and worked as a Realtor. Much of his work with Red Wing Downtown Main Street has been with maintaining the aesthetics of downtown and capitalizing Red Wing’s natural and historic beauty while also improving economic vitality through innovative programs and policy initiatives.
